Modiz Bangpho high-rise residential area reflects a high-valuable environment with a panoramic view of the Chaopraya River. To enhance the benefit of this scenic river view, the design team collaborated to arrange the facilities and amenities space of the crown level to appreciate the valuable vista most. The triple facilities are intended to be a scenic spot and a modern sky oasis pool with seamless water connected with the panoramic river view. Moreover, the layer above the pool floor is dedicated to the sky garden with a living lounge as a social space with 360 river views.
 

Modern English design ideas were chosen as an inspiration for interior and landscape design, using cutting-edge white and black marble implemented through all spaces and details. Moreover, the front courtyard and design planting use the picturesque garden concept of the English Garden to achieve a calm and tranquil space, creating a valuable quality living experience.
